MaxPac 8020 ETThe MaxPac® ET Class iscompact rugged workstation that is a tough compact PC supporting the essentials of a high performance Intel Core i7 processor, up to 16GB of main memory and an integrated nVidia Quadro 2000D graphic engine to meet the needs of portable training and simulation systems. A 17” 1280 x 1024 display is provided with resistive touch screen option. The integrated weatherproof keyboard also serves as a display cover; although, with the display covered by the keyboard/cover the unit can still function with external displays. In this mode magnetic switches in the keyboard disable the display backlight to reduce heat. Each application commonly requires custom I/O to simplify the operator interface and may include an optional composite video convertor. Integrated high performance air filters allow the unit to function in very high dust environments such as desert conditions. These filters are washable and reusable by the user. The display tilt system has foot extensions to provide additional stability when using the touch screen. Certified operating temperature is 0°-50°C.
A variety of transit cases are available, including a Pelican 1610 with custom foam inserts. Larger custom cases have been designed to support multiple units in a single case and cases which provide storage for specific control grips to meet the specific needs of OEM customers. Custom colors and logos are provided for OEM customers.
